Dennis M. Charney
With over 20 years of experience in the courtroom and an advanced law degree in litigation, Dennis Charney has the skills to expertly and aggressively protect your rights in court. He has prosecuted and defended clients involved in cases such as; murder, securities fraud, racketeering, DUI, theft and many others. Dennis has successfully represented civil clients in multi-million dollar fraud cases, land disputes, breach of contract, personal injury, and construction matters. Dennis’s 20 years of Courtroom experience include more than 100 Jury Trials. Dennis is a former Deputy Attorney General in charge of the Complex Crimes Unit, a former Elected Boise County Prosecuting Attorney, and a former Ada County Deputy Prosecutor. Dennis has a Master of Laws in Litigation from Emory University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho, a Bachelor of Applied Science from Boise State University and is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
In addition to his legal representation Dennis is enjoying a nearly full time career flying helicopters in Wyoming. He enjoys racing in expedition races, skiing, backpacking, rafting, hunting, fishing, mountain biking and exploring remote places in his 4×4.
