I'm an experienced trial lawyer who specializes in personal injury litigation, contract disputes, and real estate issues. For over 30 years, I've helped people just like you who have faced personal injuries with their financial recovery. I work to obtain settlements and results for a variety of injury cases including automotive accidents. Because my specialty is litigation, I’m not afraid to stand in the courtroom and fight to ensure my clients receive justice. My goal is to always represent the best interests of my clients and to provide focused, unbiased support toward achieving a great result for their legal situation.
In addition to my work with injury clients, I also provide the clients of ELC Legal Services with assistance related to tenancy in common ownership groups, management changes, lender work-outs, and sales or foreclosures related to their property or properties. Finally, I’m an accomplished criminal defense attorney who regularly helps those who have been accused of or charged with a crime.
After graduating from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1983, I went to law school at Santa Clara University, where I earned my Juris Doctor in 1987. Since that time, I've practiced law in both California and Idaho and am licensed to provide legal services and representation in both state and federal courts in those states.
In 2008, I joined my good friend David M. Fogg as a founding partner of ELC Legal Services. Like David, I enjoy helping put my clients at ease by allowing them to tell their stories and work as a collaborator to help them seek a resolution to their case. By combining my extensive experience with litigation with David’s business insights and emphasis on flexible client interactions via telephone and email, we’re able to provide effective representation and services to our clients for a variety of legal situations.
When you’ve been hurt, you need an experienced advocate at your side. I’ll offer you unbiased, unwavering support and guidance through your case.
